Warranty POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage Overview
We offer a limited warranty on used engines and transmissions unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
This warranty covers the internal mechanical components only.
The warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified on your invoice:

Used Engines: [30 / 60 / 90] days limited warranty
Used Transmissions: [30 / 60 / 90] days limited warranty
📌 The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the installation date.

3. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers:
Internal lubricated parts of the engine or transmission
Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of sale
Examples include:

Engine block, crankshaft, pistons, rods
Transmission internal gears and shafts

4. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does NOT cover:

❌ Labor costs (installation or removal)
❌ Diagnostic charges
❌ Fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, belts, or hoses
❌ External accessories, including but not limited to:

Alternators
Starters
Turbochargers
Sensors
Fuel system components

❌ Electrical components
❌ Damage caused by overheating, abuse, neglect, or accident
❌ Improper or incorrect installation
❌ Modifications or performance tuning
❌ Commercial, racing, or off-road use

5. Installation Requirements (MANDATORY)

Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified or licensed professional mechanic.
Installation must follow manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Proof of professional installation (invoice or work order) may be required to process a warranty claim.
Failure to meet these requirements will void the warranty.

6. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty validity, the customer must:
Replace all required fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets during installation
Perform proper priming procedures before initial startup (for engines)
Ensure correct fluid levels and specifications
Failure to follow proper maintenance procedures voids the warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Process

If a problem arises during the warranty period:
Stop using the vehicle immediately to prevent further damage
Contact us before removing or disassembling the part Provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Proof of professional installation
Diagnostic report (if requested)
📌 Unauthorized removal or disassembly may void the warranty.

8. Resolution Options

At our sole discretion, a valid warranty claim may result in:
Replacement of the engine or transmission (subject to availability), or
Refund of the purchase price of the part
📌 Labor, shipping, and incidental costs are not covered under any resolution.

9. Shipping for Warranty Claims

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
Returned parts must be shipped prepaid.
Parts returned freight collect will be refused.

10. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty is void if:
The part is altered, disassembled, or repaired without authorization
The vehicle is used for racing, towing beyond rated capacity, or commercial purposes (unless approved)
VIN mismatch or incorrect application is determined
Damage is caused by external components or systems failure

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the part.
We are not responsible for:
Vehicle downtime
Loss of income
Rental car expenses
Towing or storage fees

12. No Additional Warranties

This Warranty Policy is the sole and exclusive warranty offered.

No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
