We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to incompatible fitment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Warranty does NOT cover:

7. Returns & Refunds

Any approved return must be shipped back in the same condition as received.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued after inspection of the returned part.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable.

Proof of professional installation may be required to validate warranty claims.
Failure to follow manufacturer or industry-standard installation procedures voids the warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

Loss of vehicle use
Towing charges
Rental vehicle costs
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the part sold.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Cancellation fees may apply to cover processing and restocking costs.
